Your right to be forgotten
Once you have requested the cancellation of your service subscription, your details will be permanently deleted. If you wish to subscribe again at a future date, you will need to set-up a new subscription account.
What personal information do we hold
We hold your name, address, email, job title and company. We will provide you with a copy of your subscription information in a structured and readable format on request. If your contact information is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to update it.
You have the right to object to our processing of your contact information:
- You can ask us to delete or restrict how we use your contact information but this may impact your access to some of our services.
- Share your contact information (internally between divisions).
- Disclose your information to any third-party companies. Please note – We do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing and advertising purposes without your consent.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Subscription Services you have requested.

We protect your personal information using technical and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to our data centres, and information access authorisation controls.
